I've been looking in my catalog for images that go well together, so here are three images with a deliberate cropping to make this 4 panel image. In two panels I want to draw attention to the texture of the bridge, in the other two I want to balance the attention between the horizon lines and the bridge.

I'm trying to work on my Photoshop facility in the hopes that I can do more composite work like this. I started this image with a stock image I found online and started to piece it together with elements I had in my own photography library. I'm definitely gonna try this again soon. Took about an hour and a half of work. ![]()
I went outside during the 1/11/11 Snowstorm with my Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 lens mounted. I popped my on camera flash knowing I'd get the bright light bouncing off the falling flakes. This was just as the storm was intensifying and there was about an inch already on the ground. Innocuous particles can cause hours and days of head and heartache. Happy Commute!
